Here’s an invitation to find your safe place when you need it most.
It’s been a wild and crazy ride this past year (or two, or three). But that doesn’t mean we have to let all of that bring us down.
I believe it’s time to look deep within, and find peace where it grows and lies waiting for you to access it.
You might not be able to change all the things happening around you, but you can make one change that impacts everything – how you react.
Years ago, I became fascinated with how people approach life. How could two people be in the same situation, yet see the end result in entirely different ways? Why would one person get angry and reactive when another shrugs and moves on with their day?
Calm … or chaos? It may be in the reaction.
Now is your time to make changes and craft your intentions. Are you ready to adjust your routines to open up space to grow? To let the universe know you’re ready for better times?
I’m a journaling kind of gal. I believe it is possible to get back to your heart, find your peace, and develop daily routines that can help you get back to calm. Are you ready for it?
Then I want to help.
I have a free workbook for you called Surviving Turbulent Times. It’s twelve simple routines that really work, helping you move back to peace, and helping you discover what’s really important, right now.
I believe every woman in midlife, especially right now in these turbulent times, needs to get back to what’s most important. It’s the best way I know how to fully enjoy midlife and beyond, and plan out a successful second act.
Do you agree?
To your success,
Lori Osterberg
